The 750mm narrow gauge railway links 3 shafts of a coal mine in Kazimierz. Its primary purpose is to transport waste material to a tipping site away from the colliery. In the main colliery there is also a 600mm line serving the stockyard for the movement of pit props and equipment.
2 Wls150 locos were present in the main colliery (although others probalby still exist). No.4 (7219) waits while the side tipping wagons are loaded.
No.1, a Wls50 loco in the stockyard. It was stated that a second loco worked in the yard, but it was not seen.
Two battery electic locos out of use in the stock yard. Type LDAG05.
In the stockyard there are short sections of dual gauge track where the 750mm and 600mm gauges meet.
The total length of the 750mm gauge railway linking the pits is about 5-7km. Each day a train to transport the miners is laid on at the changeover of the shifts about midday.
